     Sample Routines

    There are many factors which must be considered in developing training routines and programs.

    They include:
    • age
    • gendre
    • bodyweight
    • training experience
    • present strength levels
    • past strength levels
    • equipment such as lifitng suits etc
    • gym equipment
    • type of occupation
    • life style
    • recovery abilities
    • present general fitness level
    • health and present acute and chronic injuries and ailments.

    Generally speaking I will have an athlete on a basic routine of:
    • Squatting 1-2 x a week; normally two, sometimes three times a week for beginners.
    • Bench Press 2-5 x a week; normally 3-4 x's a week.
    • Deadlifting 1-2 x a week; normally two.

    I also will incorporate any assistance exercises as I feel is necessary. Normally I will train an athlete from 3-5x a week ; normal is 4. At all times I work according to what a person's schedule will allow so I can conform to people and their schedule's and situations rather than having people adapt to me.

    In short order I totally "customize" and develop programs that are unique for individuals and what their needs are.
